Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It is written to meet Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

2. Facebook and Google sign-in

When you sign in with Facebook or Google, we receive exactly three things from that provider:

• Your provider user ID — so we recognise the same account when you sign in again.
• Your email address — used as your account identifier.
• Your display name — shown on your own listings.

We request only the basic permissions (public_profile and email). We do not post to your account, read your friends list, or call any other API on those platforms. You can disconnect the app at any time from your Facebook or Google app settings.

3. Who we share data with

• Contact details in a listing (contact name, phone, LINE ID) are published publicly — that is the purpose of posting a listing.
• We never sell personal data to anyone, under any circumstances.
• We disclose only what is necessary to run the service, to processors acting on our instructions: our cloud infrastructure provider in Thailand, and our email/SMS delivery provider in Thailand when we send you a message.
• We disclose where legally required, following the process in our government data request policy.

We do not transfer personal data outside Thailand, other than through infrastructure providers holding equivalent data-protection standards.

4. How long we keep it

• Account data is kept for as long as the account is in use.
• After account deletion we retain data for no more than one year, to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
• Expired listings are hidden from search but retained so their owner can republish them.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy;
• have it corrected and kept up to date;
• have it erased or destroyed;
• restrict its use;
• object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw any consent you previously gave, at any time.

If you believe we are not complying with the law, you may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

6. Cookies

Cookies strictly necessary for signing in always run. Analytics cookies run only after you accept them, and consent can be withdrawn at any time from the link in the site footer. See the cookie policy for detail.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will publish it on the website before it takes effect.
