Delete your account and personal data
You may ask us to delete your personal data at any time, as provided by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. This page explains how to ask, what gets deleted, and what we are required to keep.
How to request deletion
- Email us with “Delete my personal data” in the subject line — contact page
- Send it from the same address you sign in with, so we know it is your account. We will not delete an account on a request we cannot verify — otherwise anyone could close anyone else's.
- We action it within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
If you signed in with Facebook you can disconnect us yourself at Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → ที่ดินไทย → Remove. That severs the connection immediately but does not by itself erase the data held here, so please also send the request above.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email, phone number, LINE ID and company name
- Your Google and Facebook account connections
- Every listing you posted, together with the photos you uploaded
- Your favourites, saved searches and notifications
- Enquiries you sent to other advertisers
What we have to keep, and why
We would rather not claim we erase everything when we cannot. These survive an account deletion:
- Accounting and tax records if money ever changed hands between us — the law requires five years.
- The map from the previous site's URLs, which holds numeric ids only and no personal data — it is what keeps a decade of external links pointing somewhere sensible.
- Aggregate statistics such as listing view counts, which cannot be traced back to a person.
Your other rights
Besides erasure you may request access, a copy, correction, object to processing, and withdraw consent. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
